Recognising Foot Pain
Foot pain may happen for a number of reasons: muscles, ligaments, joints, even bones can be a source for foot pain. It commonly occurs in three different locations: the toes, forefoot and hindfoot.
The best way to understand why it happens is to identify the source of the pain, for example: pain in the hindfoot could indicate injuries associated with ankle pain or heel pain. Each location can help identify different causes as well as ways for treating and preventing further pain.
Athletic Braces offer a range of foot and ankle braces that can help with your injury or for general support. Find our products HERE.
Common causes of Foot Pain
Most cases of foot pain will be a result of excessive exercise, incorrect footwear, or certain medical conditions which could affect the foot.
