Faulty items
If a product is faulty please email customer service immediately (customer.service@athleticbraces.com) citing the issue. Please provide images to highlight the issue.
A member of our customer service team will contact you for further instructions.
Incorrect Sizing
We do our best to ensure that we provide you with accurate sizing charts. If you are unsure about sizing please contact the customer service team customer.service@athleticbraces.com to get guidance.
We do not offer refunds for items that are incorrectly purchased due to sizing. However, we do offer an exchange if the returned item(s) are in the original package and the product is deemed unworn/ not used.
Item Availability
As we use external suppliers, availability of products is subjected to change. If in case a product is ordered that is out of stock from the warehouse. Our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours to inform you. Whenever possible we will try and fit you with a like product however we do offer full refunds if requested.
Pricing
Pricing is subject to change at anytime without notice. All prices on the Athletic Braces site is GST inclusive and excluding delivery. If you are unsure about any of the prices online please contact our customer service team customer.service@athleticbraces.com.
Goods and services tax (GST)

Delivery
Athletic Braces uses Australia Post and StarTrack as its preferred freight company. All orders can be tracked using Australia Post tracking portal https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search or StarTrack’s tracking portal https://startrack.com.au/. Tracking code will be provided as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.
Damaged goods
Please notify the Athletic Braces customer service team within 5 working days of receiving orders that have arrived damaged. Any claims made after 5 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Incorrect or non delivery
If the item(s) you have received are not the ones you have ordered please notify the Athletic Braces customer service team customer.service@athleticbraces.com within 7 working days. Any claims made after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Return of goods
Athletic Braces is not obligated to accept return of goods ordered by a customer due to customer ordering errors, change of mind or sizing errors. For returns under these circumstances please contact the Athletic Braces customer service team customer.service@athleticbraces.com. No attempt to return goods should be made without informing the Athletic Braces customer service team. Athletic Braces will not accept responsibility for unsolicited returns.
Athletic Braces will only accept returns if the good are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. All goods must be returned at the purchaser’s expense. Restocking fee of 20% is applicable for returns made after 30 days from the date invoiced.
Athletic Braces will under no circumstance authorise returns more than 30 days after receipt of delivery to purchaser.
Warranty/ Faulty Goods
Athletic Braces will warrant all goods in line their manufacturer’s warranty; provided the goods have been used in accordance to their instructions. Manufacturer warranties cover parts and material in the manufacture of the product.
Warranties will not apply to defects caused by improper use, operator error, use outside of manufacturers instructions/ specifications. Maintenance instructions must be followed to ensure the warranty remains valid.

If the purchaser has identified the product is faulty within the warranty period, they must contact the Athletic Braces customer service team customer.service@athleticbraces.com immediately with details of the fault and invoice details.
Unforeseeable Circumstances
Athletic Braces cannot be held liable for any loss or damage due to circumstances beyond control.
This includes but not limited to: terrorism, act of God, war, government restrictions, industrial disputes, import or exports regulations, civil disturbance and product supplier issues. Should any of these events occur Athletic Braces reserves the right to cancel or suspend any contracts without incurring liability for any loss or damage caused.
